I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only clean and modern but also impeccably decorated and renewed, giving me all the comforts I needed for a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Maria, were incredibly courteous and accommodating. However, the dining experience was slightly lacking with limited options available.

Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The location was superb, right in the heart of Luzern, making it easy to explore the town on foot. The service provided was exceptional, with the manager going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The dining options, while more like a bed and breakfast, offered a taste of Swiss/German cuisine. The rooms, albeit simple and more like a dorm room, had everything we needed for a cozy night's rest.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the central part of town and the historic bridge. The room was beautiful, overlooking the church and square, with hardwood floors, a comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom. The service was amazing, making me feel like I truly wanted to visit this beautiful city. The dining options were good, although a bit limited. Overall, a great value for the experience.
